OXR Stack is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using our website, submitting our qualification form, or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

OXR Stack is a done-for-you digital infrastructure firm. We configure and implement digital infrastructure for businesses across four platforms: Proton Suite, Google Suite, Meta Suite, and Notion Suite.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

  • Submit our qualification form hosted on Fillout at oxrstack.fillout.com
  • Contact us via email at contact@oxrstack.com
  • Engage with our content on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn
  • Enter into a Service Agreement with OXR Stack

Information collected may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, team size, current digital setup, and readiness to engage services.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Qualify and scope your engagement with OXR Stack
  • Route your inquiry to the correct service tier
  • Communicate with you about your project and next steps
  • Deliver and support the services you have engaged us for
  • Send relevant follow-up content if you have opted in
  • Improve our services and qualification process

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Fillout — Our Qualification Form Platform

Our qualification form is hosted by Fillout, a third-party form platform. When you submit our form, your data is collected and stored by Fillout in addition to being accessible to OXR Stack. By submitting our qualification form, you also agree to Fillout's data handling practices.

5. Where We Store Your Data

Your information is stored in the following systems:

  • Fillout — qualification form submissions stored in Fillout's secure infrastructure
  • Notion — qualified lead and client records maintained in our internal Notion workspace for project delivery and operational purposes
  • Meta — if you interact with OXR Stack through Facebook or Instagram, your data is also subject to Meta's data storage and processing practices
  • Stripe — all payment information is processed and stored by Stripe. OXR Stack does not store your payment card details. Stripe maintains PCI-DSS compliance for all transactions

6. Data Retention

If you submit our qualification form but do not engage with OXR Stack within 90 days, your data will be deleted from our systems. Active client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after project completion for support and legal purposes.

7. Third-Party Platforms We Configure on Your Behalf

OXR Stack builds and configures infrastructure across four platforms. During your engagement, we may access and operate accounts on these platforms solely for the purpose of delivering your configured infrastructure. We do not retain access to your accounts after handoff is complete and final payment has cleared.

Each platform maintains its own privacy policy. By engaging OXR Stack and having these platforms configured for your business, you also agree to each platform's respective policies.

Proton Suite

Privacy-first email, credential management, file storage, and VPN. End-to-end encryption and zero-access data storage.

Google Workspace & GBP

Business email, productivity tools, and local business listing. Google's data practices apply to all Workspace and GBP usage.

Meta — Facebook & Instagram

Business pages, social presence, and Meta Business Suite. Meta's data practices govern all business account activity.

Notion

Business operating system, knowledge management, and internal documentation. Notion's data practices apply to all workspace content.

Stripe

All payments processed through Stripe. OXR Stack does not store payment card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.

Meta — Social Interactions

If you interact with OXR Stack through our Facebook or Instagram pages, your data is also subject to Meta's privacy practices.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website may use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site. This may include pages visited, time on site, and referral sources. We do not use this data to identify individuals. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of any marketing communications at any time

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
